The CONCEPT-INVEST’s General Manager, Mr. Mihai Gabăr, holds a large experience in the field of engineering and design for investments of agriculture and food industry. As a former project manager and electrical designer at PAN PROIECT between 1992 and 2009 he coordinated the next most important projects :

1. the modernization of the wheat mills Titan Bucharest, Baneasa Bucharest, Spicul Bucharest, Dobrogea Constantza, Pambac Bacau, Boromir Deva, Galmopan Galatzi with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
2. the maize mill Lujerul Bucharest  with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
3. some pasta lines  with Bühler’s – Switzerland technology and equipment at Baneasa Bucharest.
4. some pasta lines  with Pavan’s - Italy technology and equipment at Pambac Bacau.
5. electrical power and control  installation for the cleaning section of the wheat mill Brasov.
6. the cleaning section of the wheat mill Demopan Braila  with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
7. the cleaning section of the wheat mill Aluta Slatina  with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
8. Spicul Brancovenesc – Topoloveni bakery.
9. Ana Pan Bucharest factory with bakery, pastry and confectionery.
10. Cargill group premix plant at Sura Mica, Sibiu county.
11. a pelleting line with German equipment for Agrisol Ploiesti feed mill including a “turn key” power and control system.
12.  a pelleting line with French  equipment for Agrisol Ploiesti feed mill including a “turn key” power and control system.
13. the modernization of Agricola’s Bacau feed mill with Bühler’s – Switzerland technology and equipment.
14. 40,000 tons grain silo for Agro - Chirnogi Oltenitza with GSI – USA technology and equipment - “turn key” power and control system.
15. Bran pelleting line with Dutch technology and equipment at Baneasa Bucharest.

            Performed projects with SAPARD funds :

1. the modernization of the maize mill Lujerul Bucharest with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
2. the modernization of the wheat mill Baciu Cluj ( Abbo Mill group ) with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
3. the modernization of the soft and durum wheat mills Cibin Sibiu               ( Boromir group ) with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment.
4. a new power and control system for the soft and durum wheat mills and maize mill  Cibin Sibiu ( Boromir group ) with a transition from an existing sequential control system to a PLC controlling  and visualization system ( Bühler’s – Germany software ).
5. Dragos Voda feed mill ( fezability studies, approval documentation, building authorization, technical project and bills of quantities ).
6.  the modernization of the wheat mill Iris Company Barlad with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment, including a wheat silo with  Prado’s – Spain technology and equipment which is running now.
7. a new wheat mill and a new maize mill for Agro – Chirnogi Oltenitza  with Bühler’s – Germany technology and equipment ( fezability studies, approval documents, building authorization, technical project and bills of quantities ) which is running now.

            Performed projects with UE’s structural funds :

1. S.C. EVELINY Buzau – Confectionary plant at Merei village, Buzau county ( fezability studies, approval documents ).

1. Storage buildings (27000 to grain silo) setting-up for S.C. AGROZOOTEHNICA PIETROIU S.A. at Borcea village, Calarasi county, ( fezability studies, approval documents, building authorization, technical project and bills of quantities ).
